Time: 20 minutes
- 1/2 itoyori (cut in two)
- 4g (about 0.15 oz) ginger (cut slice)
- Mix all spices together in a sauce pan with 1/2 cup water
- Add itoyori, cover, and cook for 15 mins on low
- Serve! (So easy!)
