Nitsuke is a Japanese word that means “to boil with spices and add flavor.” Thick and meaty, itoyori is a white fish perfect for this recipe.

Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1/2 itoyori (cut in two)
  • 4g (about 0.15 oz) ginger (cut slice)

Preparation
  1. Mix all spices together in a sauce pan with 1/2 cup water
  2. Add itoyori, cover, and cook for 15 mins on low
  3. Serve! (So easy!)
